Yesterday i complaint about shipping, that the express guy do not want to wait. Today my brother went to their office to collect the item, they treat it really bad dude. The box got fragile sticker and they still kick the box as if it's a soccer ball. The way the handle the box sucks man. Procedure is procedure, not because you got all malay staff so they can act like better there. I do not recommmend using their service. It really sucks. No star for them. (well it's the branch in bangi I'm talking about)

I paid for shipping fee, when Abx express arrived at destination he do not want to wait even for a minute. I asked him wait a while because i call the person to collect the item as i am at work. After that i call back the driver to ask him to put the item in nearest post office but he already left the place. My call with the person who can collect the item not even reach 2 minutes but he left when i said wait a while i will call the person. This is a bad service. When i ask can he send again tomorrow he said cannot. Only him will go that area, other driver do not pass by. He asked me to go to his office to take the item. Why do i pay for shipping fee but i have to take myself?

remember before, i mention about the web interface. New one is superb. easy for me to navigate around. this is the most favorite gundam merchant for me. The price is unbeatable., insane promotion price. hopefully they will bring more stock in future. Keep up the good work.
