Item was packed the same day I ordered. However, poslaju was slow. Ordered on 13th June, item received on 15th June (from Ampang send to Cyberjaya). The rest of it was top notch!

Deliver was fast, hassle free, and products came with undamaged. Very happy with my experience. Maybe because it was still Spring sales. But the prices were excellent! I bought the Bandai Slave 1 more than half price cheaper than retail. I will definitely deal with Gundam.my again.

Packing and respond time for order is impressive as always but the delivery this time is kinda slower compare to others. It took about 10 days to arrive. The delivery is kinda disappointed the hard box is stick with FRAGILE sticker but it got handle poorly. The box got damage at all side and top like it got sqeeze hard. lucky all the part inside is stil good. but the model kit box look so ugly now. Overall is good. Thanks gundam.my
