very poor experience service ABX express , the first delivery is morning 9 , i still not get in my office, miss the receive.and i not get any call/ message/ even a paper to notice me about this. when i call them .they just me blame me about Did not received the parcel in first day,and they promise will delivery me tomorrow. but next days i waiting all day still haven`t get it. until i call your guys.to given them a Inquiry mail. Ms Sangkery from ABX unexpectedly say that \"who promise you we will sent you ?\" Okay， my mistake is have not take the Name that guys who promise me .but that is NO QC & NO manners for ABX to reply a customer. plz record it
