Totally satisfied with the prompt service! Ordered on Sunday & the kit reached me by Tuesday. Just want to highlight that this is the 2nd time in a month I received with box damaged, which I think would be the fault of the courier company. Suggest you put a sticker on your box that says \"fragile\" so that they would not stack heavy things on top. Nonetheless, enjoyed the service from Gundam.my!

1.Ordered on 27/4/16 (Wed) in the morning. 2.After few hours, \'Delivery Notice\' (Website) stated my order is \'waiting courier pickup\'. 3.Got your email with the tracking number on 30/4/16 (Sat). Tracking stated Item Posted Over Counter at 30 Apr 2016 02:46 PM. 4.Item dispatched out on 03 May 2016 03:55 PM. *And I\'m well aware of Labor Day holiday on 1st May. 5.Item received on 10/5/16. (Ordered on 27/4/16) So, this is my first time buying from gundam.my and based on the info i\'ve gathered, it seems like my items are ready to be shipped on Wed,but why is it posted over the counter on Saturday 2.46pm? I would prefer if you guys posted it on Fri and hopefully poslaju can finish processing it and dispatch it on Sat. I\'m not entirely sure if gundam.my is at fault here or poslaju forthe delay, but please try to improve. And please use a stronger cardboard box. Several pieces are detached from their runners and some are partially detached when i assemble the bb sinanju. Luckily nothing seems to be broken.Strike freedom still pending assembly.
