Very fast service by Gundam.my staff. Less than 24 hours after purchase & payment made is my order packed and sent out. Good communication as well, with notification via email and SMS from them upon order being dispatched. But I gave them 3 stars only on communication since they never replied my email when I asked about an item restock status.

This is the 2nd time I order from this web and I will definitely buy from this store again in the future. Highly recommended, top class communication with customer thru phone, whatsapp and email. I would strongly suggest that gundam.my did not use ABX EXPRESS! That courier will rip off your reputation. I don\'t care spending more rather than use that courier. Hope you can consider this than you\'re the best.

Fast and Efficient, there\'s some mistake in delivery progress due to the time of same day delivery can goes up to 10pm, but quick respond from support team manage to change address to suit the delivery time.

Not a very professional company but that doesn\'t matter when the service is super awesome, very fast to ship my item out and very fast and friendly response from the customer service. BUT then there is this ABX express......... ABX is very unprofessional and the service is also like rubbish. when I am spending over RM200 i dont expect my item to be delivered by a shitty company such as ABX. more delivery option like poslaju, skynet and etc would be nice to have during the checkout.
